Major power failure problem on my 2022 e-tron Sportback.

I purchased my first Audi, a beautiful 2022 e-tron Sportback, on September 29, 2021 from Audi St. Bruno. It was in the showroom and I took delivery October 8, 2021.

One year later on November 4, 2022, I encountered a power failure problem. The vehicle would not respond. I contacted Audi to send a towing to deliver the vehicle to the nearest Audi dealership at that time which was in Sherbrooke, Québec Canada.

Up to 2 months now and my car is still in pieces with the entire bottom separated from the vehicle and I have not been given a date of when the repair will be done. See attached photos of the present situation – not an encouraging sight.

I believe the Sherbrooke dealership is doing all they can, but I sincerely think Audi is not.

I would appreciate someone at Audi contacting me with an explanation of how and when my vehicle will be repaired and returned to me. The part number of the battery section they ordered is 4KE915591J.

I have been in contact with Customer Relations and got this response: due to the Gobal manufacturing and shipping delays that are well outside of Audi's control, , we are unable to promise or guarantee a date when the parts will be available as per your request, there is no way of expediting the delivery process. We sincerely apologize for the unfavorable

If it's outside of Audi’s control, whose control is it…

I don't know who to turn to anymore!

I enjoyed my vehicle very much & wish to enjoy it again soon.
